REJOGJA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- No less than 300 entrepreneurs from Malaysia and Indonesia took part in the Titanium Inner Circle Meeting 2023 which was held by Richworks International, 6 - 10 March 2023, in Jakarta.

Founder and Executive of RichWorks International Datuk Wira Dr Haji Azizan Osman, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, and Director of Culinary, Craft, Design and Fashion of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Yuke Sri Rahayu, and Chief Executive Officer of RichWorks Indonesia, Aryani Firdaus, attended the event.

Awards were also presented to successful entrepreneurs in improving their business in 2022 under the guidance of Mentor Datuk Wira Dr Azizan Osman. This group of entrepreneurs managed to achieve cumulative sales of 3.9 billion Malaysian Ringgit in 2022.

Through the guidance of Richworks and Datuk Wira Dr Azizan Osman and the sponsorship of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, a pilot project with 25 Indonesian entrepreneurs was successfully achieved within 6 months from October 2022 with increased business.

This is inseparable from Sandiaga Uno's initiative to elevate the national economy and the economy of entrepreneurs. Datuk Wira himself gave comments regarding opportunities to cooperate with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

"I am very happy and very respectful to be able to work with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Mr Sandi and Indonesian entrepreneurs. I respect the commitment and persistence of Indonesian entrepreneurs. I hope this collaboration will continue so that it continues to create other business opportunities," he said.

In this activity, five pioneers from Indonesia received an award as a Rising Star. That is to say, this is a business that has the potential to grow and scale with tremendous sales and business growth through the guidance and support of Richworks Malaysia and RichWorks Indonesia who are joining forces in this endeavor with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

The shared goal is to build and lead entrepreneurs to build successful businesses with proven successful methods by Datuk Wira with more than 20 years of experience in business mentoring and coaching.

On that occasion, Sandiaga Uno gave gifts to Indonesian participants and gave an opening speech for this joint venture with the launch of the richworks.co.id website and Richworks Indonesia's official Instagram social media page.

Meanwhile, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Indonesia Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno revealed the reasons for choosing Richworks International and involving Datuk Wira as a mentor. "The main reason I collaborated because I saw a video in which Datuk Wira conveyed motivation to participants from the Richworks training which is in line with our values, namely innovation, collaboration and benefit," he explained.

Sandiaga explained, this effort not only created a creative economic side, but also had a positive impact on fellow humans and the environment. "This is what I understand and we agree to work together and conduct various trainings at the Ministry and later in Bali. Because Bali really needs support to recover post-Covid-19 conditions," he said.

Sandi also expressed his gratitude to Datuk Wira for agreeing to move the location of the event to Bali, which Alhamdulillah had a positive impact on restoring the tourism sector and the creative economy in Bali after the Covid-19 pandemic.

"I hope this is just the beginning. Later there will be tens of thousands of entrepreneurs increasing their turnover and opening up business opportunities to create the target of creating jobs for 4.4 million jobs in 2023," he said.

Sandiaga also saw that within six months the achievements of Indonesian entrepreneurs who received Richworks' guidance had greatly developed.

"I saw earlier the winners of the Mentorship Indonesia Rising Star award, namely Irfan Ahmad Fauzi, Adhi Permana Putra Krisyasuda, Iwan Febrian, Salsabila Tarigan, Ujang Burhanudin, the achievements of the five of them are phenomenal achievements and will definitely get a positive impact from the mentorship training that has been delivered by Richworks, both Richworks Malaysia and Richworks Indonesia," he said.

Sandiaga also hopes that this collaboration will expand further. "Because Indonesia and Malaysia are allied we have the same values, the same customs, our capital will soon be moving closer to Malaysia, so hopefully our friendship and cooperation will increase investment to increase business opportunities and employment for the prosperity of Indonesian people," he said.
